Each session is unique to itself, centred around resetting, restoring and realigning the self.

This 3-part healing journey with Antonina includes energy clearing, deep shadow work, and soul realignment. You'll move from resetting your auric field with Reiki, into an immersive shamanic healing session exploring emotional blockages, and finally into a restorative integration session with guided reflection and intention-setting. Homework like journaling and meditation is essential between sessions—Antonina holds space for your transformation, but meaningful change requires your full commitment.
