At Totum, we aim to create a respectful, safe, and healing environment for all clients. Please review our policies below before booking your session.
Booking & Payment
Appointments must be booked in advance, either online or by phone.
Payment is accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
Unless otherwise arranged, payment is due at the time of the session.
Gift vouchers are available and must be presented during service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full session rate.
We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to offer the time to other clients in need.
Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for a brief consultation and to settle in.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. Full fees apply.
Health & Safety
Please reschedule your appointment if you’re feeling unwell, experiencing cold/flu symptoms, or have recently had contact with someone with a contagious illness.
Our space is cleansed and sanitized between each client. Crystals and tools are also energetically and physically cleansed.
Client Confidentiality
Your personal and health information will always be treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. What you share in a session remains private.
Consent & Comfort
Your therapist will check in with you before, during, and after the session to ensure comfort and consent at all times.
You are encouraged to communicate any preferences, sensitivities, or boundaries before the session begins.
